Xiaomi is expanding an MIUI 12.5 update for Redmi Note 7 users in Russia and Europe. It comes with a bunch of new features and optimizations as well as improves system security by installing the August 2021 security patch. Read more here.

And this is exactly why the MIUI 12.5 update that is now rolling out for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 in China, still manages to bring along plenty of new stuff even after still being based on Android 10.
