Smartisan Nut R2 Unveiled: Snapdragon 865, 108MP Camera

Smartisan has unveiled a new flagship smartphone called Nut R2. In addition to the unusual design performance, the gadget has got productive hardware, an advanced camera module and a capacious battery with a high power fast charging function. As a complement to the new product, the brand also released the TNT Go smart display, in tandem with which the device turns into a compact laptop.

The peculiarity of the gadget is its original design, which combines a flat-edged body and a display curved on the sides. In addition, the back cover of the limited version of the novelty has a corporate logo that appears only under the influence of ultraviolet radiation.

The device is built on the basis of the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform, equipped with 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 512 GB UFS 3.1 drive. A 4510 mAh battery with support for 55W fast charging is responsible for the autonomy of the device.

Smartisan Nut R2 received a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels, a maximum brightness of 800 nits and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The list of new wireless interfaces includes a dual-mode 5G modem, as well as Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 6 and GPS modules.

A quad camera with a 108 megapixel main sensor and optical image stabilization function is responsible for the smartphone’s shooting capabilities. It is complemented by sensors of 13 megapixels (wide-angle lenses), 8 megapixels (telephoto) and a 5 megapixel macro module. The front camera, located in the area of ​​the hole on the display, received a 20-megapixel sensor.
